We teamed up with Merrick's Meats to create this delicious and easy wing recipe using Salamida's State Fair Lemon Garlicious Sauce.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1, 16oz bottle of Salamida's State Fair Lemon Garlicious
2 lb. of chicken wings, drums, flats or both!
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Olive Oil to drizzle
WHAT TO DO:
Take your wings out of the packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
Hit the wings with a little olive oil, and then season with a 50/50 mixture of Salamida's Lemon Pepper Pinch and Salamida's South Western Pinch.
Throw your wings on the grill, smoker, or oven at 400° for about 20-25 minutes.
In a bowl, add ¼ cup of mayo, 1 cup of Salamida's State Fair Lemon Garlicious, a dash of black pepper, and more Salamida's Lemon Pepper Pinch. Mix thoroughly.
When your wings are done, add your sauce mixture to the wings, toss and serve!
