WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Salamida's Steak House Flat Iron Grill Marinade
Skirt or Flank Steak
WHAT TO DO:
Prep your steak.
Submerge meat in marinade and marinate for a minimum of 24 hours.
Preheat grill to 500 degrees and then add your marinated steak.
Flip the steak every minute.
Remove when internal temperature reaches 130 degrees for a medium rare finish.
Allow steak to rest for 15 minutes.
Slice thinly against the grain and serve!
