The Perfect Salamida Steak 🥩🔥

Want to take your steak to the next level? We've made it super easy. Salamida's tasty Steak House marinade with Merrick's Meat's Grilling expertise.

  1. Prep your steak.

  2. Submerge meat in marinade and marinate for a minimum of 24 hours.

  3. Preheat grill to 500 degrees and then add your marinated steak.

  4. Flip the steak every minute.

  5. Remove when internal temperature reaches 130 degrees for a medium rare finish.

  6. Allow steak to rest for 15 minutes.

  7. Slice thinly against the grain and serve!
