Make your favorite chicken noodle soup extra delicious with Salamida’s Lemon Garlicious! 🥣
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
4 tablespoons extra virgin Olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 celery ribs, diced
8 cups chicken stock
2 1/2 pounds bone-in, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups your favorite pasta or noodles (uncooked)
4 cups of cooked chicken
Salamida Garlic Lovers Pinch, to taste
WHAT TO DO:
In a large stockpot or Dutch oven, combine onions and extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
Cook about 1-2 minutes.
Add carrots and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in Pinch; and season to taste.
Whisk in stock and add Salamida’s Lemon Garlicions. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 10-15 mins.
Stir in chicken and pasta and cook until tender, about 6-7 minutes.
Remove from heat; season with more Pinch, to taste.
