Salamida-Style Chicken Noodle Soup

Make your favorite chicken noodle soup extra delicious with Salamida’s Lemon Garlicious! 🥣


  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin Olive oil

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced

  • 2 celery ribs, diced

  • 8 cups chicken stock

  • 2 1/2 pounds bone-in, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups your favorite pasta or noodles (uncooked)

  • 4 cups of cooked chicken

  • 1/2 cup Salamida's Lemon Garlicious

  • Garlic Lovers Pinch, to taste


  1. In a large stockpot or Dutch oven, combine onions and extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Cook about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add carrots and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Stir in Pinch; and season to taste.

  5. Whisk in stock and add Salamida’s Lemon Garlicious. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 10-15 mins.

  6. Stir in chicken and pasta and cook until tender, about 6-7 minutes.

  7. Remove from heat; season with Pinch, to taste.

  8. Serve immediately.
