Breaded Spiedie Chicken Breasts

An update on the classic Spiedie-style chicken. All the flavor of this iconic marinade, but under a coat of crispy Italian breading.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts

  • Salamida's Original State Fair Spiedie Marinade

  • Salamida's Pinch Italian Gourmet Spice Blend

  • Italian Bread Crumbs

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Marinate chicken breasts overnight in entire bottle of Salamida's Original State Fair Spiedie Marinade

  2. In a Pinch? Marinating for 2-3 hours works, too!

  3. Dip marinated chicken in breadcrumbs. Top with Pinch seasoning.

  4. Bake it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or until interior reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

  5. Remove from oven. Serve with dipping sauce, or top on a salad!
