WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1, 16oz bottle of Salamida's Original State Fair Spiedie Sauce
Salamida's Italian Gourmet Pinch Seasoning to taste
2 chicken breasts, shredded
2, 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Cup Ranch dressing
1 1/2 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Bags Salamida's Spiedie Chips
WHAT TO DO:
Marinate chicken in Salamida's Original State Fair Spiedie Sauce for at least 24-hours. Pro tip: One 16oz bottle can marinate about four chicken breast. Cook 'em all up for a quick salad topper for the next day!
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place marinated chicken on an oven-proof tray and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Carefully shred cooked chicken and set aside.
Mix all ingredients in a large bow. Add chicken and transfer to a small baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is heated through.
Remove from the oven and serve with Salamida Spiedie Chips or your favorite tortilla chips!
