Save a trip to the store and make some delicious beef jerky in your own kitchen! 🥩🦌
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
5 lbs of your choice cut of beef (venison and other wild game work great)
32oz bottle of Salamida Hunter's Pride Jerky Marinade
WHAT TO DO:
Place beef in the freezer for about 45 mins to stiffen up meat
Remove meat from freezer and thinly slice meat against the grain
Toss sliced beef into Zip-Lock bag and pour Salamida Hunter's Pride Jerky Marinade until fully covered
Let sit in the fridge for 12 hrs
Strain out the marinade and pat any excess liquid off beef with paper towel
Place jerky in a preheated oven set to 200 degrees for 3.5 hrs and remove
