Lemon Garlicious Pasta Salad

A quick 30 mins meal you can make to keep your friend's bellies full! 😋👨🏻‍🍳


  • 16 ounces pasta (such as rotini, fusilli, or farfalle)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cucumber, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, strain and rinse in cold water to stop cooking process

  2. In a large bowl, mix in Salamida State Fair Lemon Garlicious Marinade & Dressing and toss until fully coated

  3. Mix in remaining ingredients to pasta and lightly stir until combined

  4. Season pasta salad with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

  6. Serve and enjoy!


  • You can add different ingredients to spice up the flavors! Try grilled chicken, artichoke hearts and/or roasted peppers to change it up!

  • Pasta salad can be stored in an airtight container and be good up to 3 days!
