The Perfect Chicken Pita, with twist!

A classic pita with a kick – our famous Lemon Garlicious flavor 🍋

What you'll need:

  • 2 bone skinless, chicken breasts

  • 4 oz. feta cheese

  • 1 small tomato, sliced

  • Lettuce

  • Sliced cucumber

  • Chopped red onion

  • 2 whole wheat pitas

  • Low-fat mayo (optional)

What you'll do:

  1. Marinate chicken 24-48 hours in Salamida's Lemon Garlicious Marinade

  2. Grill or broil, then slice chicken

  3. Cut pita into halves

  4. Spread mayonnaise (if desired)

  5. Line pita pocket with lettuce leaves

  6. Fill with cucumber, tomato slices, chicken, onion, and feta
